Welcome to our website on the Lotus Building – a new development scheme to transform the derelict brownfield site at 7-9 Tottenham Lane (former Jewson Builders Merchant and historic Lotus cars workshop).

We have just concluded round two of our consultation programme and are looking to submit a planning application to Haringey Council in the coming months. Please sign up for updates below and scroll down this page to read more about our plans for the site.
